Tuesday, April 25, 2023 - Pale garnet with developed, medium intensity aromas of grape jelly, black plum, black cherry, blueberry compote, clove, and cedar. It is dry, with high acid, medium minus and very rounded tannins, medium plus alcohol, and medium plus bodied with flavors of stewed plum, black cherry, cinnamon, bitter chocolate, cocoa nib, and menthol which linger for a long finish.

good; drink now not suitable for more aging
