Monday, February 6, 2017 - Light-to-medium yellow, freshly acidic and mineral-laden, this is a delicious, terroir-driven Chablis that is effusive of flint, lime zest and white flowers. Light-bodied and with nicely integrated alcohol (12.5%), it stays solid in the middle and closes with a medium-length, crisp finish. As is the case with most Chablis offerings, this will be underestimated if not allowed to fully blossom. Drink 2019-2024.
