Friday, September 27, 2019 - 6/6. Quite developed nose with mushroom, earth, spice, smoke - underlying bright red fruit. Medium/full bodied, quite rich with lovely mature flavours - liquorice, leather, spice, mushroom - some bright red fruit, lovely vibrant acidity, soft, melting tannins, long harmonious spicy, liquorice finish. Just lovely and I would say at its peak.
