Sunday, August 24, 2014 - I like this wine just as much as I did a year ago at Michelin stared Chateau Eze's amazing terrace overlooking the stunning coast of France. I was afraid that perhaps the setting, food and service had given this wine a bump but I'm happy to report it really is one of the best AOC Chablis I've had. I like it much better than Dauvissat's at twice the price. This is exactly what Chablis should taste like and the quality here would give Fevre's MDT a run for its money. Paid $27 and worth it even though that's high for AOC Chablis. I have 3 more btls and will regret not owning a case I fear. A good step up from the more commonly found but also very good Royaux from negotient fruit. By the way this has that beautiful green tinged color in the glass.
