Monday, July 19, 2010 - Corton Charlemagne Dinner (Browntrout, Chicago IL): Sensational balance of fruit, acidity and mature development. Fruit is lean and linear with lots of crisp apple flavors. Intense finish with great minerality. What a wonderful wine from my favorite white Burg vintage.
