Thursday, October 8, 2015 - From my experience 2012. was a great vintage for all the top riesling producing regions in Germany. Awful label put aside this Mosel beauty is still a baby in terms of German GG riesling. Steely minerality on the nose with grapefruit, white peach and hints of smoke and petroleum. Surgically precise nose with great balance of fruitiness, minerality and youthful freshness. Fresh and full bodied with extremly long aftertaste and great overall balance. Elegant perfection that will age for years to come. 93/100
