Tuesday, January 26, 2021 - Decanted for 3 hours and paired with a red wine mushroom risotto with braised beef. The wine was delicious. Dark ruby color, earthy, oak, cherry, leather and some Rutherford dust! Nice finish and an elegant wine.. typical of this appellation. I would buy it again.
