Sunday, February 26, 2006 - Wonderful perfume upon opening and for the next 90 mins that it was decanted. By the end of dinner (filet mignon with a gorgonzola cream sauce - Barefoot Contessa recipe) the fruit was thinning. I think this is a result of the age. Will be drinking my remaining 3 bottles sooner rather than later.
