Monday, September 23, 2013 - This has become my fiancee's "house white" and I'm cool with that. It's $8 and it delivers a lot of freshness, creaminess, even some chalky minerals. I like the mix of bitter lemon and sweet red grapefruit. So easy to sip. I whipped up some Monday night chicken fried rice and opened this and an Oregon Pinot Gris. Not bad for a Monday night.
