Palate starts on the attack with big Granny Smith apple and zippy acidity. Mid palate shows the pear and a hint of straw. There's even a bit of cat pee for the purest. Finish is very clean with a lingering ripe soft pear. Really? For less than $8 this is an all time favorite QPR. Normally we're not drinking lots of SB in December but it's been 85 degrees and we grilled ahi tonight, just seemed like the right thing to do.
