Friday, June 21, 2013 - Salmon colored with a rather fruity nose of cherry and strawberry and some lactic notes.
Medium + acidity and nice mousse on a palate which has unripe strawberry fruit together with
some sweetness. Easy drinking and quite enjoyable.
