Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Surprisingly deep golden color, but not oxidized. Effusive aromas of lemon oil, stone, pine, and a slight aged oxidative patina. Good palate density, structured as much by its mineral bite as by its acidity, with very good length. Wonderful with soft-shell crab. This bottle is delicious and I think fully mature.
