Sunday, May 18, 2014 - Fantastic. Lemons, herbs, floral, and saline scents are present. Palate has those perfumed qualities among the zip & flavors of lemon and a bit of melon-y weight. Acid, bright finish that still manages to have heft to it.

Need more. Drink this with any seafood--this bottle paired well with shrimp, scallops, and softshells .
