Tuesday, December 3, 2019 - Medium to deep garnet red. Well rounded nose with spices, perfumed, dusty cherries and a hint savory. Much more integrated in day two. Medium acidity with medium tannins (5.5/10) and a medium body. A bit savory and dirty on the palate with a bit of cherries and cedar. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2022.
