Friday, October 11, 2013 - brought to the french tart on staten island to celebrate my 69th birthday. shared with pat. also gave a glass to chef laurent. the cork was extracted easily and intact. this bottle was in slightly better shape than the last few but continues to present as somewhat fragile. needed a few minutes to wake up. the food was very flavorful. needed frequent sips of water to fully enjoy the wine. delicate florals persist to the last drop. fine sediment at the end of the bottle. will attend to the last few bottles during the holiday period.
