Thursday, January 31, 2013 - Appearance: Clear and bright, pale straw, clear rim.
Nose: Mineral, slate, green apple
Palate: Mineral-driven, but more fruit than the nose. Ripe grannysmith apple, white flowers, river rock. White bean or chalkiness on the finish. Balanced structure, crisp and acidic but plenty of body and impact. Good QPR. Pair with crab or shrimp with celery and thyme.
