Tuesday, December 22, 2015 - Notes consistent with prior two bottles. Green apple, lemon and pear are the primary mid-body notes with enough acidity to provide structure and balance, but not as much as some of the top 2012 rieslings. The wine shows well now (served between 48-51F) and has the structure to last several more years while improving a moderate amount. But it's by no means inaccessible today.
