Saturday, February 17, 2018 - Decent pop-and-pour quaffer, but more in the simple, international-styled new world vein than something really characterful. The nose was a pleasant enough melange of sweet blueberries, smoky spice and then mint and eucalyptus herb. On the palate, chewy, slightly powdery tannins and decent acidity were draped over simple but decent enough flavours of blueberries and spice leading into a warm finish. Drinkable, but simple and nondescript.
