Thursday, January 7, 2021 - Pretty much immortal after opening and being forgotten in the fridge for a month at 1/3 level. As others have noted, botrytis and tropical fruit, with pineapple dominant at this point. Lovely golden straw color. Quite lush for a Spätlese, really a dessert wine for my taste. Rating reserved for a fresher bottle.
