Thursday, February 26, 2015 - Nicely hued greenish gold tint. Meduim bodied but lacking on nose and palate. Reminded me more of an austere Chablis rather than a village burgundy. Green pear and apple flavors with a hint of vanilla. I like Paul Pernot generally but this was a pedestrian effort.
