Thursday, February 4, 2021 - Simple but fresh and balanced right when the cork came out. After 2 hours the nose has blossomed into some nice Puligny minerals. Getting rather interesting as it sits in the glass. Nice zippy balance. As good as many village and some 1er PM's I've had. Better than I expected which was pretty high already in light of the producer which I love.
