Friday, January 11, 2019 - Theme was brown bag, blind. Straw gold. Complex nose, some citrus, pears, spice. Slightly round palate, oak, if any, was subtle. Smooth and resolved. Long finish. Guesses were all over the place, finally someone guessed Albariño. This was quite good, and well within the drinking window (CT window ended in 2017. My observation is, except for things like Bordeaux, they are generally too short.)
