Theme was brown bag, blind. Straw gold. Complex nose, some citrus, pears, spice. Slightly round palate, oak, if any, was subtle. Smooth and resolved. Long finish. Guesses were all over the place, finally someone guessed Albariño. This was quite good, and well within the drinking window (CT window ended in 2017. My observation is, except for things like Bordeaux, they are generally too short.)

The nose is unclean (TCA; damp cardboard) with a pronounced intensity. There are subdued aromas of green fruit (very subtle nashi pear) and oak (very subtle vanilla, very subtle toast). The wine is faulty.

A very rich style of Rias. Lemon butter, honey, beeswax, some sea rockpool, peach; apricot juice, honey, spicey back palate, full and round. Annoying that it wasn't to type, but an enjoyable wine nevertheless

Always good. Especially at less than $11. ~ I really like this wine. Good aromas, good body, good flavors, and it pairs well with food. The prominent flavor, for me, is grapefruit, so it make for a different option for food pairing. I believe the body was a little lighter than the last vintage. I wish I had bought more when I had the chance. It was a steal at $10.39.

A steal of a wine for $10 at Costco. Lemon, apple, lemongrass, seawater aromatics. Very minerally with lots of extract feel on a juicy full body. 89-90

Very nice Albarino. Clear, light gold/yellow. Bright but not overwhelming acidity. Good depth and mouth feel. Well integrated; good with food or as an aperitif. Reliable producer.

Excellent albarino! Lemon chiffon and peach, a touch of tartness but also some creaminess. Very well balanced with medium crisp acidity and nice mouth feel. Going to stock some more of this for the summer.

Light to medium body and high minus acidity. Fairly lean fruit profile, but has some depth. Good crisp finish. Works well alone and with food. I like better than SB's at this price point. A very nice Albarino at a good price.

The wine is a clear medium lemon with a water rim.
The nose is clean and youthful, Medium intensity aromas of peach, pear, ripe green apple, melon, candied orange peel, meyer lemon, honeysuckle, apple blossom, bubblegum, lees, some mild wet stone and seaspray.
The wine is dry with medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, and medium plus body. The palate if of medium plus intensity and the flavors confirm the nose. The finish is medium plus and fruit driven.
This is a a really fruity wine with enough acidity to provide excellent structure without be overwhelming. It is a crisp, refreshing wine that would pair well with seafood or a light white cream-based pasta dish.

A bit brittle with much acidity; pear and some lemon; pairs well with salad and vanilla cake as well.
