While still extremely young, this bottle was drinking even better than the last one due to a 5 hour decant. However, there is no question that the best is yet to come from this wine and we will probably save any remaining bottles for at least a couple of years. This cab has a nice rich and creamy body with a red fruit profile that goes well with flavors of mint, vanilla, minerals, and spices. I would certainly give this a try if you have several bottles.
