Tuesday, December 3, 2013 - Pop and Poured. This started out with wonderful fruit and a great nose. It added a little weight and the tannins started to flush out but this remained on the lighter side of RM cabs. Overall it was a crowd favorite as they found it very enjoyable and will be interested to see where this goes. A small amount was set aside and consumed on day 2. The wine was still drinking very well but did not seem to show any improvement over the first pour.
