Monday, January 13, 2014 - Popped and poured with grilled filet mignon. Aroma was plum right off the bat, along with some blackberry. The taste is really consistent and quite enjoyable. There is a bit of tartness in there too that hangs around on the finish. Not much complexity beyond the fruit, but it is a nice drink.
