Saturday, December 18, 2021 - Drinking window says it's time to open this and it was not wrong.

Had with some nice Peruvian takeout from a local restaurant. No decant, pour and drink.

Fruit, oak, and spice are predominant on the nose. More fruit and spice on the palate balanced with smooth tannins and a great long finish. As they say, "Drink Now!"
