Thursday, December 15, 2022 - The First Christmas of New England @ Christmas WIMPS 2022 (La Trompette, Chiswick): Very hard to separate qualitatively from the St Aubin both delightful. This starts with a little chamomile tea and some runner bean trimmings as well as some Rose's lime cordial and the faintest hint of demerara sugar without its sweetness. There is a creaminess after half an hour in the glass and some sliced gooseberries; gooseberry fool perhaps. Lovely
