Friday, November 29, 2019 - A Thanksgiving story. We were guests at my inlaws for Thanksgiving. We were pouring a big name Champaigne when my mother-in-law mentions that she still has a bottle in her fridge that we gave her a "few years ago". You got it, a 730, 10 years after we gifted it! Regifting never had it so good. Condition was pristine. Still toasty with good acidity and bubbles. A lovely bottle I never would have guessed would hold up so well! Happy Thanksgiving!
