Friday, October 9, 2020 - Dull medium yellow. White flowers and citrus. Medium weight, terrific feel without obvious wood influence. Rich lemon laced with saltiness, excellent acidity and soil. Nuf said-this is just incredibly classy AC Chablis (as, of course, it should be at the price charged in the U.S.). These 2012's have a nice mixture of classic structure and richness.

Interesting-more apple fruit and a bit rounder the second night, but ooh does that soil linger on the finish!
