Tuesday, November 24, 2020 - Upon opening, nose of seashell flint, lemon and the slightest hint of crushed almond. Underlying Rav characteristics were barely there, and I started having my doubts. Turns out it just needed time. Two hours in and it really sang. Nose of perfumed apricot, light tangerine and sunflower oil. On the palate was a medium body harmony of nuttiness, a touch of lemon and the right amount of salinity. Despite how much I enjoyed, left me wanting a little more nuance and lengthier finish for the price, but still an exemplary example of a villages
