Sunday, January 10, 2016 - Tasted over 3 hrs
-translucent shimmering pale gold/green
-initial reduction funk only partially blows off, lemon zest
-high acidity gives laser-like focus, med- weight but searingly sappy, somewhat tightly wound lemon oyster shell and saline, excellent length
-Grand Cru intensity though still needs a few years to unfurl and open up
