Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Color is a washed out cranberry showing a bit of the age. Noses earthy and a hint of moss with a sweet unripened strawberry note. The attack is led by sandalwood, and a red berry profile. The back end shows a touch of tartness and and a bit clipped. I really like this one. Not sure it's going to get any better with more age but is drinking very nicely right now.
