Saturday, August 20, 2022 - Tannins pretty resolved. Still a lovely bouquet. Just more reserved overall than the last time I enjoyed it. I don’t have enough experience with aged nebbi to say with confidence that it’s past peak or in a quiet period or I didn’t let it open long enough. but my gut says “past peak”. 89-90
