Tuesday, September 22, 2015 - My 50th extravaganza (Chez moi): Fat and somewhat oaky, Faiveley is Faiveley (still), but the acidity is bright and the balance is there in spite of the richesse; spicy, smoky, mineral – and of course much better and more open on day two. A real batard!
