Saturday, October 28, 2017 - Medium-dark ruby color with slight orange edge. A little medicinal on the nose. Palate is cherry with some fine tannins. Decent finish has some common notes with port but less alcoholic. Good wine, but not great. Served with braised short ribs ragu over pappardelli.
