Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Opened at 5pm, served around 7:30pm. On the nose, the regal Grand cru aromas were immediately obvious. Very vibrant, without overly ripe nor intense. Very polished, but not the most dense Chambertin I've come across. It kept on getting better throughout the night, and should improve with 5 or 10 more years of bottle ageing.
