Friday, April 30, 2021 - Chilled, decanted for 30 minutes and then gradually warmed up. Amber in the decanter but more golden in the glass. Beautiful ripe tropical fruits on the nose with a lot of dense aromas like those from a freshly baked lemon meringue pie. Intense energy on the palate with a decent brace of salinity contrasting with the rich fruit and the secondary notes of honey and toffee. Fantastic wine, glad I got to try one of these with some age on it.
