Chilled, decanted for 30 minutes and then gradually warmed up. Amber in the decanter but more golden in the glass. Beautiful ripe tropical fruits on the nose with a lot of dense aromas like those from a freshly baked lemon meringue pie. Intense energy on the palate with a decent brace of salinity contrasting with the rich fruit and the secondary notes of honey and toffee. Fantastic wine, glad I got to try one of these with some age on it.

Flat-out delicious. Exotic light fruit, balanced with perfect level of minerality. Beautiful color. Had this bottle with spicy shrimp and the product of the two sang.

Fragrant tropical nose of lychee, pineapple, peach pit, lanolin and some chalky minerality. Has a viscous mouthfeel and a dry mineral-citrus bite. Reminds me of a riper version of a Loire chenin blanc, though I am pretty sure that grape is nowhere to be found in this mix. The chardonnay shows through a bit fat and flabby, and I would like some more crispness here, but it is still drinking well at 8 years of age.

Interesting and unusual aromatic white wine with a melange of flavors. Riesling like, but smooth and silky with good length.
