Thursday, November 27, 2014 - Another astonishingly good example from Liquid Farm. Previously have had the Golden Slope (and think I still marginally prefer it), which I thought was the best California Chard I'd ever tasted. This is crisper, leaner, more green apple. Chablis in style, as previous tasters have noted. Just delicious.
