Thursday, November 12, 2015 - A perfectly stored bottle of Napa red is a thing to be treasured, and this one was one of them. Classic in the style of Rhone nose, candied apples, leather, cured meats, paired with fruit intensity that isnt overpowering or too flabby in an over-extracted way. Lovely structure that is just settling down into a middle phase of maturity. Will seek out more of this lovely wine.
