Wednesday, October 22, 2014 - Quite a lot of oak on the nose. Vanilla, dill, ceder but also cherries, apple seeds and some barnyard. Distinct and fresh acidity, with good fruitiness on the palate. There's some unpolished, quite rough tannins and a slightly bitter finish. Medium body and good intensity. Nice wine, and a nice price! Might need a few years in the cellar to smoothen out a bit.
