Saturday, January 23, 2016 - P/decanted/returned to bottle 6 hrs prior. Very minor fine sediment. Bright ruby/purple. Intense proper cab nose. Initially somewhat tight but opened up nicely with 15 min glass time. Typical good quality CA cab, med/full flavor intensity, med body, great balance, resolved tannins, plenty of acid, long finish. Nothing off, excellent with beef steak. Gift.
