Thursday, December 23, 2021 - White Burgs and Rhone Varietals To Go With Burgers and Thursday Night Football (Los Olivos, CA): Taut and reductive upon being opened, but with air and as temps came up the wine rounded out and took on weight beautifully, with orchard fruit and floral notes along with a pleasing herbal element. Not the most complex, but highly enjoyable.
