Friday, August 15, 2014 - Fruit forward nose with blackberry and plum. Medium body with deep red color. Silky mouth feel with good tannin structure and finishes quickly. Fruit is bold but again, quick lived. Both rich and bright fruit, raspberry and plumb with some chocolate in the finish. More chocolate than cocoa. I like that this merlot is not a fruit bomb.
