Friday, March 15, 2024 - The one with Tai Wah BCM: Tasted a few days after initial opening and was kept in a airtight bottle. Still so fresh and structured that I had this pegged for 2015/2016. Black plums, tree bark and earthy undertones leap at you before dark cherries, plums and hawthorn spice take over the palate. Great fruit concentration with a sturdyness that only seemed to softened after a few days. Fantastic and a really serious drink for a village!
