Friday, March 1, 2019 - Wow, this is brilliant. Beautiful perfume of strawberry and spice. Damn this is deep for village level. Elegant and pretty. In the mouth very textural. The wine spreads out across your entire mouth. Pleasant restrained acid and silky smooth tannins. This one was beautifully straight out of the bottle before it took a breath and then came storming back after about 60-90 min in the bottle. Seven years must be perfect for village from this producer in 2012. I take my hat off for Mugneret Gibourg if this wine is even better in a couple of years considering it's so good today. 92-93 pts.
