Tuesday, May 24, 2022 - Taittinger vintage needs time (the nv is not worth your time). This bottle was perfectly mature now. Ripe yellow apples, pear, slightly yeasty, and marcipan on the nose. Taste is mature and has similar notes, and ends with a Long taste og dried figs..?
