Saturday, April 18, 2015 - Central NJ CT Offline (Mistral - 66 Witherspoon St in Princeton): Fantastic nose - it's so good that it's hard to really want to drink it. Beautiful level of toastiness, very smooth, the bubbles are just soft. I liked this a lot more than the younger version we had a few months ago. There's a touch of oxidation going on here, but it adds to the complexity of the wine. Delicious. Time to drink up though.
