Thursday, October 12, 2023 - Deep dark truffle notes; soft, balanced, dark earthy component with some berry fruit balancing it all off and a long finish. Superb, great balance and structure. My WOTN. Tuscan blind Dirty Dozen at La Paella. ranked: 2nd out of 10 wines.
Very close on this one and guessed a '10 Cab-Mer. I didn't realize '11 was such a killer year in Tuscany
